Reloader RELOADER is a Bulk Data Loading and Reporting Excel add-in within the RESOLUTION REPOSITORY database. It facilitates bulk loading and unloading of data, it provides tools for developing custom reports and enables users to issue ad-hoc queries to the database. With this interface a user can put data into RESOLUTION’s tables, or get data out as well as generate macros and views to facilitate data loading. Menu Driven Reloader’s custom menu is added to the Excel Tool bar. From this menu a user is able to execute any of Reloaders tasks. Self Generating Reloader is able to generate itself. Starting from a blank Excel workbook, Reloader will generate all the necessary sheets for connecting to the database, help instructions, and a template datasheet. Additional template datasheets can also be added as needed. Automates Repetitive Tasks Reloader allows you to either select an amount of data to load into the database, or select a number of work sheets and load them all at once. The unload process can also be executed in this automatic mode as well. Database Unloading Reloader provides an easy method for unloading any and all tables in the database to Excel. Once the data is out of the database it can be massaged, loaded back in, and/or moved to other databases. AD-Hoc Reports Simple, one-line queries can be written in any cell on a Reloader data sheet and executed to return the set of data to a separate sheet within the databook. Bulk Data Loading Reloader provides an excellent place for a user to layout the data that will be used to configure their specific RESOLUTION database. This spreadsheet presentation allows for an easy organization and visualization of the data before loading into the database.
