Reevaluator REEVALUATOR is an on-demand calculation system built in to the Resolution database. It allows a request for a value to be answered by execution of custom code stored in the database as an agent. This is a very powerful facility. It enables attributes of Plant Resources to be the results of complex queries or calculations. These calculations are executed on-demand without the need for pre-processing of information. Example Plant attributes that can be calculated using ReEvaluator are as follows: Unit mass balance Unit yield calculation Process Stream enthalpy Exchanger Heat Transfer Coefficient Tank corrected volume Etc. Features The features of Reevaluator are: Code is stored in the database Calculations use a full featured programming language with access to all database values and capabilities Calculations can be edited and become immediately active Return values are cached so that multi-level calculations can be very efficient Promotes modular calculation design.
